    Ugh. What a stinker.
1 minute left in regulation, up by 6 and they choose to chuck 2 3s in a row early in the shot clock, instead of using up the clock. Just stupid basketball. That should be Curry/KD pick and roll time

Agreed Money. That was VERY frustrating. Durant goes into this HERO mode too often and Kerr lets him do it. This is NOT Warriors basketball. Kerr has let the offense go way too much to Durant ISO's and it is hurting us big time. I miss that beautiful team basketball of pace, movement, and passing.

With Durant being so sensitive and emotional, with Harden going bonkers, you could tell he seemed to only care about matching him and not about winning the damn game. Grr. I realize this is just out of frustration and prisoner of the moment thinking, but I am not going to be too upset if Durant leaves in the offseason. As great as he is, I just dont recognize this team. There is no joy anymore (although wont put that all on Durant). Miss having guys that played with joy and great locker room guys like Zaza and Mghee. I also think they desperately miss Zaza's high screens. When we had Bogut and Zaza who could set monster screens, teams HAD to switch forcing huge mismatches. I dont see teams switching nearly as much... they just fight through shitty, soft screens.

Run the beautiful offense, get 2 pts, win the game... but no, you had to chuck garbage and not drain the clock. I mean, run the offense, then chuck a three at the end of the shot clock if there are no openings.
This is where the license to chuck is a bad thing... game time awareness.
Running out that clock plays on their pysche, "shit, we might not be able to pull this off"
Clanking off the rim and giving them ample time just gives them hope. Extremely STUPID basketball.

I won't say it until i see it in the playoffs as well (either in the late rounds or if there is poor play that leads to an early exit). But it is frustrating. Don't tell me you want to give Oakland a special season and then you consistently give out half assed efforts. They constantly try to take the easy way out and shoot their way out of bad offense.

I could not believe that sequence with Durant and Curry last night. Looking for the dagger instead of dismantling that team. Just so disappointing.

Regarding the screens and some lack of toughness, the front office realizes that as well, and that's probably the reason we're being linked to a trade for Robin Lopez. Hope it happens, as he'd be a huge improvement in those areas.

I'm glad you guys are starting to come around to my way of thinking... once Bada started saying it

We have been weak and exploitable without a good center. Teams have just finally figured that out.

We should trade KD for as many draft picks and young players as possible. Then, we need to hope Boogie works out... which I believe he will. He's got a great jump shot and he wants to learn and get better. I never would have thought it before, but Boogie could be just what we need.

Haha... come on, Chum, we all agree we need some more toughness and size inside.

It's just when you start talking about trading KD when I refuse to keep talking about it. ;)

Mine was more tongue in cheek...
Unless something is untenable, still think you have to ride with him this season.
I think he's second in assists on the team this year, in addition to being one the most deadly scorers in the league.
But I would not be sad if he moves on this summer. I will if he goes to the Lakers though... mostly angry.. and you won't like it when I'm angry... lol

    hmmmm...didn't think about this possibility:

"So, it begs the question: Was this a pre-planned agreement between McCaw and the Cavs to get him out from Warriors control?

Based on the timing -- and the bloated offer sheet -- it sure seems that way."

More like they saw what they paid for and said: "f*ck it, if we waive him before seven days, the contract is not guaranteed for next season as well".

The team seems to think there's something fishy with the way the Cavs signed McCaw, because the NBA is reviewing the deal at the request of the Warriors.

Still, even if there were something, it's pretty easy for Cleveland to get away, no harm done. As easy as saying "hey, he had a scary injury last year, so we signed him to a non-guaranteed deal. Then he showed up and we realized he didn't improve our current roster (yeah, really) so we decided to cut him". And you may think there's something else, but you can't prove sh*t. Case closed.

What matters more... who would go that for Patrick McCaw? Doesn't make any f*cking sense!

In other, more important news, Cousins is expected to play for the Warriors on January 18th. We're almost there!

Kerr said it could be the game before or game after, but in that range.. can't wait to see him play.

I missed the the Knicks game. Did the announcers do a lot of KD nut hugging since he will be playing for them next season?

And now McCaw to the Raptors. Interesting. He's like Little Finger from Game of Thrones sneaking off to share the King's secrets with the enemy. ha
