The market looks low, but Myers and the other Warriors said last night that they're likely to stand pat and all 15 guys were at practice. Except Ezeli of course.

I meant signing Varejao after he's waived actually. Would come for the vet minimum. Not sure of his current injury situation though.

Great move by the Wizards adding Markieff Morris. IF he's focused on basketball and doesn't become a nutcase like he was in Phoenix, it's a huge steal for Washington.

The Suns get a protected first rounder and fillers, so it's not like they came up empty. But great deal for Washington. I love Markieff, except when he's on Cousins'-lite mode.

The Grizzlies have traded Jeff Green for Lance Stephenson, btw. On paper, the Clips win the deal, but Lance is a better player than Green... once again, when he's focused on the game, which hasn't happened in the last couple of seasons.

I think it depends on what they think of Ezeli. Sounds like they're hopeful he returns this season. And they like Speights and trust him. Varejao offers no spacing.

They also got a first from it. I like it for both sides. They can't expect to roll with Pierce/Johnson into the playoffs. But Jeff has been so up and down. At least with Memphis, Lance has to deal with ZBo, Matt Barnes & Tony Allen. He better become professional.

The Bulls unloaded Hinrich to Atlanta, who traded Shelvin Mack to Utah, for a second rounder. Meh.

OKC landed Randy Foye for Augustin, Novak & two 2nd rounders. That's an upgrade over Dion Waiters, who's given nothing really with Roberson hurt.

I bet the Grizz hope to mold Lance into a better version of Tony Allen. Lock down defender (when he wants to), good on the PnR and can actually score a little. I like it for Memphis. Jeff Green is such a "meh" player. Probably doesn't move the needle for the clips

If Morris is right in the head, the Wiz got better...

And I like what Detroit did... young team on the up and up

Justin Holiday headed to the Bulls in that deal too.

Too bad Augustin didn't produce like he did in Chicago a few years ago

We've been waiting on Jeff Green's potential to unveil itself since he came into the league.

Oracle is atop his wish list. Once he clears waivers, barring any weirdness, the Warriors are getting him.

Warriors sign Varejao on vet minimum.

    JT's gone I guess.

I'm a fan. Nice to have him coming off the bench.

Same here. He seems like a good teammate. Works hard like Barbosa.

He'll definitely have an impact with both Bogs and Fez ailing.

They need him to keep Draymond away from playing the 5 too often during these final 28 games. He can do it, but the goal is getting to June.

Btw, no Varejao tonight. He'll be available either in Miami or Orlando.

An NBA reporter on 95.7 the game said this morning, be expected our new backup center to play 10-15 minutes per game. Assuming Bogut is able to come back soon.

Joe Johnson got bought out by Brooklyn and everyone thought Cleveland was the front runner, but he ended going to Miami instead for a bigger role and more minutes.

    HAH!
