I don't know what to think about this situation. The Kings are in turmoil.

Cousins is WAY over the line and should be suspended for a few games, but Divac won't allow that.

They had a team meeting with coaches and GM. After, the meeting Divac asked the players if they should fire coach Karl.

WTF? the question should be, what should we do about Cousins?... Man that whole front office is F*cked up!!

Biggest problem here is lack of a plan. Karl has always wanted to trade Cousins and start from scratch, the owner wants to win now and the front office doesn't have a clue. Karl was signed because he's a good coach that has been able to win consistently in the league, and that's the only reason they signed him, without considering that Cousins and him were going to clash and the whole team would pay for it.

And now it's late to fix it without one of them going...

Well, Cousins will probably end up with the Spurs for cheap because he's such a head case. He will learn how to respect his coach and will become a changed man, and the Spurs will continue on being the class of the league lol .

I'm wondering if a system and culture like ours or the Spurs can actually change him. I highly doubt it.
Just listen to him being interviewed about this, the guy is in no way savvy enough to deal with the press on this issue.
He seems VERY angry. Like an unhappy teenager, just wanting to move out of the house.
There's nothing about his words or body language that reveal a man that can handle this situation positively.

He's so talented, but he shouldn't be your top guy. He shouldn't be your leader. When your GM is asking people what to do with your best player, that's embarrassing.

Still think they messed up when they gave up on Michael Malone after a season and some change.
