The Greek Freak... I think he is going to end up on the Warriors.

We have the 1st pick in the draft and some other tradeable players ie. Wiggins and Draymond.

Personally, I'd give up anything minus Steph/Klay to get him. I wouldn't want to see Draymond go, but to get Giannis it would be worth it.

I'd trade anybody on this team for him. Seriously. Maybe not Steph, but because he's become a Warriors icon. He's the face of the franchise.

But I really, really believe it'd be a miracle if he leaves Milwaukee. He's the key player on a contender roster. And he loves Milwaukee. Anything can happen in the NBA in this day and age, but I'm pretty sure he's going to sign an extension with the Bucks. At least right now. Who knows what can happen in two or three years...

No way they’d trade Steph for Giannis. He’d be the sole reason he’d okay coming here. Only way they realistically get him is including Klay and/or Draymond in any package. The return for Anthony Davis is a good baseline for what it’s going to take to acquire an elite star.

Oh, I know. I wasn't actually proposing to trade Steph or anything. I was just talking on a purely theoretical level. Steph is not, and should never, be going anywhere. He's one of those guys that has to play his entire career for a team, and we've been lucky that the Dubs are that team. He means too much.

    Agreed.

I would hate to lose Klay in any deal for Giannis. It’d be ideal to pair him with both. If it took Dray/Wiggins/young talent/assortment of picks, it’d be great. But does Milwaukee say yes to that? Ehhhrrr, idk. Depends on what other teams can offer.

Only way they even consider such a deal is if Giannis has told them he is leaving no matter what and they are between a rock and a hard place.

Not only that. He has to say he's leaving and he wants to join the Dubs. Then we can talk, and a package of Wiggins, Draymond, and draft picks could be in play. Also a three-team deal. But he needs to say he wants to join the Dubs (not publicly, but make it clear to the Bucks) or we're going to have trouble creating a package if we get in sweepstakes.

Still, I'd be shocked if he doesn't sign an extension with the Bucks at this time.

If Giannis wants to leave we won't have to consider putting Klay on the table... personal opinion, we should never break up Steph and Klay. Not for any player. Draymond... wouldn't want to lose him, but for Giannis, yeah.
