I dont run the league but yes, the commissioner uses CBS. Our entry fee for the league is $200 so the $125 or whatever it costs fee comes out of the initial $2000 pot. With a 10 team league that comes to $12.50 per person for the site fees. For me, I need any site we use to be flexible so that if our league passes any rule changes, the software can handle pretty much any type of rule change we throw its way. Pay sites will also keep your league history so you can run some fun historical type reports. The free ones are just not very flexible so you often have to keep your league very "vanilla" which is not what I was looking for. But I did not want CBS because you can do next to nothing with the "look and feel" of the site. The site I use is highly flexible so you can customize the site as you like... if you know scripting and html coding, you can pretty much do anything. It requires way more work than CBS or the others so not for someone that does not want to spend time setting up their league every year. I just did not want a "cookie cutter" site.
