Joe Flacco was my backup then I made a trade for Ray Rice figuring I was best off with my QB throwing the ball to my lead RB. Problem is, I am in a deep league and have no bench left. I think I'm screwed. But I'm about to become back-to-back Champ in my baseball league, so; you win some, you lose some :)

Who the hell did you have left to give up after losing Peyton and Charles in a deep league?

Man, must have been a "Bigs over Chum and Rob" kind of rape deal. :D

    Nice! Wait, AND Dallas Clark?

Ray Rice will be as good as it gets when it comes to finding a number one RB. It was worth giving up Jennings, Ingram and Witten, especially since you get Marshall and Clark (who could help you in the playoffs, if by some miracle, Peyton Manning returns).

What's your team looking like now?

Yeah, the guy really wanted to upgrade his WR, and while I feel Jennings could be the best reciever this year, it may be the only way to salvage my season. After an 0-2 start, I at least feel like I've got a shot to make some noise.

QB - Joe Flacco, Peyton Manning (Still need to find a backup)
RB - Ray Rice, Marshawn Lynch, CJ Spiller, Danny Woodhead
WR - Brandon Marshall, Dwayne Bowe, Braylon Edwards, Johnny Knox, Antonio Brown
TE - Dallas Clark, Fred Davis

We will see what happens. My recieving core is pretty weak, but it'll all depend on matchups.

Man, didnt realise the rest of your RB's were like that............man, that needs addressing too.

Try and get Dexter McCluster, I know its a long shot but I think you need to take some risks to get that team sorted.............and having a guy who is RB/WR eligible and will at the very least be getting 10-12 carries a game, as well as being a deep threat...........is worth it man.

What you got on the wire? Maybe through a chance at Roy Helu.

He better go off soon, because I have him for at least another week. Either that , or Addai needs to get injured so Carter can start.

McCluster & Helu are both gone. I'm going to have to hope for Woodhead to get a lot of touches in that explosive offense. Also, apparently with Roscoe Parrish being placed on IR, CJ Spiller is going to have a biger role in Buffalo. They may start using him as a WR, so who knows. Maybe it's just wishful thinking :D

Perhaps pick up Bernard Scott from Cinci as Benson appears headed for a 3 game suspension.

I picked up Benson & Kendall Hunter. I get the feeling Frank Gore is going to get "injured".

I checked out the site Bada brought up that he uses for his fantasy league and it was pretty cool. I was kind of confused at first at how it worked, though.

Anyways, what I was trying to say is does anyone use any other websites other than yahoo? I wanted to venture somewhere else, but was unsure where.

Are you talking about free sites? Only free one I have used is yahoo. For pay sites I have used my current one, CBS, and a couple others that are not around anymore

    Yeah.

I got a chance to look at ESPN when helping out my friend with her fantasy team. Their point system is weird (which I'm sure you'd be able to adjust), but the entire feel is just ... I don't like it.

How's CBS? I like their updates cause yahoo is so slow with their player statuses and CBS is on top of their stuff when I check.

CBS is just ok. Very expensive but what you get but yes, updates are fast. But I think it is something like $125 or more per year.

What exactly are you looking for? I am not understanding...

If you are running just a low key, changing every year type league, just use yahoo or ESPN as they are free. But if you are running a more hard core league that will be around for years and you want to be able to have a system that can accomodate all your rules and keep league history etc, you are going to have to pay.

    I see.

I'm aiming for a hardcore league, but a few of the guys in my league are straight softcore ... they say they care, but they don't do much managing.

I wanted to change sites, but those kind of players prevent me from doing so.

    So you pay for CBS?
