Yes, he does and that's alright and, more importantly, helpful. I'm just saying that other years he was too quick to pull the trigger and took to many 3s, which isn't happening as often this year.

Or, at least, it doesn't look like it's happening as often. I haven't checked the real numbers. I might be totally wrong on this one...

You need your shooters and your scorers, your perimeter defenders and rim protectors, but a player like Draymond is exactly what gets the whole thing to hum.

Such a great defender and decision maker... And suddenly aggressive scorer..
just wish he'd learn to control his temper a bit...

Man, has to be Steph's worst game of his career right? He was terrible on both sides of the court. Wonder how much his ankle is affecting him. Both him and Klay really struggling to find their shot. Not worried about that... we all know their shots will come.

Thank god for Durant offensively last night. Kept us in the game and gave us a chance to win, although a big part of why we lost that game was getting killed on the glass which Durant was a big part of why. He let PJ completely own him on the glass.

Not really too discouraged. Going to OT on the road when two of our top 3 shooters could hit nothing, has me not too worried.

Yeah I had prepped myself for the potential L and was surprised when we took them to OT.
Hope we get the W on Monday!

Huge game tonight. Can the Rocket's hold serve or do we seize control of the series?

IMHO... it's the big loses, that aren't his fault, that could help KD decide to stay. I think he wants to be where he is needed.

KD is on his way to a threepeat Championship/FinalsMVP. I doubt anyone will say that the Warriors would be able to threepeat without KD. Fourpeating the Championship/FinalsMVP makes LeBron an afterthought.

I felt like Curry was just too stubborn trying to finish with his left hand. I know he's used to doing that, but he blew 2 or 3 layups with the left. That missed dunk was just embarrassing.

Like you Bada, i'm not worried.. i thought the Warriors were in control, and they were getting a TON of easy buckets. Harden was on target on his 3's and so was Gordon. Chris Paul looks like a shell of his former self.

Curry is in a funk right now. And even then, he's still a contributor. KD is playing amazingly, the best basketball of his career, and this year he's not getting the help he used to (Draymond is playing great, but Klay hasn't totally been himself either).

I'm not that impressed with how Houston is playing this year, and think the Rockets team of last year was a much better team than the current one. Still, I'd rather go back to Oakland 3-1 instead of having to play a 3 game series...

Such a shame Bogut is unplayable in this series. We could use him on the glass and on the offensive end with his strong screens.

He looked so lost out there. i wish he could give us some minutes.

The good sign was that the Warriors offense generated so many easy buckets.. i look for them to continue that, but shoot a little better.

But if we advance, he can play an important role vs Jokic and the Nuggets in the WCF (provided they go past the Blazers).

Also, I've read that Damian Jones and Cousins could be back soon. Jones is supposedly going to be cleared to play in a matter of days. Problem is getting him in shape at this point of the season, something I don't think it's possible... Cousins would be easier to play, but his return might take some more time.

Crap fuck! Careless turnovers in the last 5 minutes doomed us!

Well, f*ck... going back 2-2 is not ideal. Mostly because I don't trust this team as much as in previous years...

Man, I HATE losing to that team. grr...

Steph and Klay have just been awful. Wonder if it is their ankles. Steph looks slow and super low energy. Thank god for Durant and Dray to even keep us in games.

My depth fear is really starting to be realized unfortunately. Our starters are playing huge minutes and it seems to be taking a toll. Mostly concerned about Igoudala who was brilliant the first 3 games but last night you could really see the toll these minutes are taking. Unfortunate we did not win one of those road games to go up 3-1.

I dont know what Kerr does from here. I suppose you have to just ride them to try and win the series as the next series we can use our bench more. The bench is getting killed. Outside of Looney, there is just nobody else. Livingston is completely washed and is getting murdered. Bell had one of the worst 7 seconds of playing time you will see last night. Perhaps he needs to give Cook and Jerebko some PT to try and buy minutes.

But at the end of the day, this series is coming down to Harden and Gordon severely outplaying Steph and Klay. Durant and Dray have mostly been brilliant.

Yeah, you can see the fatigue setting in. And while that fought pretty hard, the Rockets mostly looked in control of that game. They were definitely the more aggressive team. Diving through arms to get loose balls, cutting off passes so our shooters were pressured just enough to miss. Constantly in our guys faces, defending all the way out to half court. There has to be a way to exploit that! We were having a hard time fighting for every bucket,
while they were getting easy 3s. They seemed to be able to defend aggressively and not get called for the foul while we were getting every little brush called on us. Though there was one stretch in the second where the refs called a few fouls on Rocket's defenders. Rocket's shooting has to regress a bit, and our aggressiveness has to pick up. Hope that looking at some video reveals some key adjustments to be made.

I dont think advanced statistics are the end all be all but this is pretty amazing... although I will concede that the sample size is small.

    Net Rating vs. Rockets:
    Durant with Green: +5.9
    Durant w/o Green: -31.8

    Curry w/Green: +7.3
    Curry w/o Green: -24.8

Here is what net rating is... it is not +/-

Net rating is the difference between a player's offensive rating and his defensive rating. Offensive and defensive rating are respectively defined as the number of points a team scores and concede over 100 possessions.

Lack of depth is definitely a concern.. however, if Klay and Steph step up just a little bit, we are good. Its just frustrating to see so many makeable shots, miss. Next game is huge.. god damn, my nerves will be shot. Pivotal game 5, and a Sharks game 7 on the same day..

Looney playing great early. Punishing a small lineup.

Oh crap, KD calf strain or torn Achilles? Gritty win after KD went down, I thought we were doomed. Thankfully Steph woke up.
