Warriors in 4 as well. Although I think at least two games will be close. This Clippers team doesn't have the talent to take them further in the playoffs, but they're scrappy as hell.

But we should beat them in 4. Which would give our guys some time to rest, as the Rockets won't have an easy first round vs Utah.

KD has to keep his emotions in check. He can't fall for Bev's antics. Everybody knows what Beverly does and it's a trick way too obvious to fall for that. Laugh it out and keep playing, man.

On the other side, amazing game by Curry and pretty solid overall game. Let's try to wrap up this series as soon as possible.

Yeah, was great to see Curry play that way and show no ill effects from the injury the other night.

Rough game for Cousins on both ends of the court. Draymond was good other than his early turnovers which had me screaming at the TV.

Totally right about KD TMC... needs to control himself better. Beverley is such an irritant.

Yeah, other than for a few games here and there, Boogie has been more disrupting than anything for our team.

Not sure if he hasn't bought into the idea of Warriors basketball or if he can't or what happens, but it's been disappointing to me. I didn't expect him to be a force and dominate, but at least not detract from our game while adding a dimension inside we lacked. He's added that last part, but so far, seems like we play better when he's on the bench.

And you know I'm not the worst enemy Boogie has on this board, but it's what I've seen in most games...

Steve Kerr should pound it in to his head.. and it was a nice jab at the Clippers as well, whether inadvertent or not.. he said some teams will only be around for 4 games, so they can rack up those T's. But if you're gonna make a run you have to keep that in check.

Warriors in 5. They will be up 3-0 and lose game 4 in LA, but then win game 5 back in Oakland.

KD better be careful, no more taking the bait from Beverly.

Not looking good for Cousins...left quad injury, out for the game and will get an MRI tomorrow. He could be out a while. Gonna need help from the bench big rotation.

That loss has me steamed!!! So pissed off right now. Durant is SO mentally soft. Beverley is completely in his head and relegated him to role player status. What a fucking joke!

Outside of Draymond, the whole team just quit in the 2nd half. And man, Dray was PISSED at Kerr for taking him out for the last possession of the 3rd quarter. Things feel like a mess right now.

Haven't watched this one and probably was the best thing that happened to me... Certain games is better if you miss them.

You really should TMC. Prime example of (despite him being one of the most talented players in the world) why Curry, Thompson, and Dray are immensely more important and valuable than KD.

Ok. Going by the boxscore, I was going to skip this one, but now I've got something to do for tonight... ;)

Will post my thoughts once I'm done with the game.

    Lost Boogie
    Team gave up defending
    KD is soft
    Kerr was out coached
Refs need to call Beverly on every foul (he'd be out of the game by halftime)

That was the frustrating part for me, the fact that Beverly, Steph, KD and Klay were in the same kind of foul trouble, considering Beverly is holding and elbowing every possession.

I thought Kerr did stick with the bench guys too much as well. He played it like a regular season game, and the players followed suit.

I don't know what the hell KD was doing out there, he just seemed disengaged. He was making terrible passes.

it feels like a mess, but things can turn quickly. I expect to see the team adjust. there has been sloppy play throughout the years with the Warriors in the playoffs. Yea, they've never blown a lead that big.. but there were a lot of circumstances involved. I believe they'll take care of business. Not to mention, it feels like they handle business on the road a lot better these days.

They need to figure out how they are going to defend Lou Williams. They are shading him to go right, which doesn't seem to be working very well.

Watched game 2 already. Can't believe what I saw in the second half.

I think we played really sloppy on both ends of the court. Lots of TOs that the Clips turned into easy points, no defense at all (and Trez and Lou run a sweet pick & roll, but it's not like they caught them by surprised, they've done it all season long and we didn't do sh*t to defend it, with terrible switching on defense in the second half). We allowed two quarters of 40+ points by the Clips in the second half, and that's unacceptable come playoff time.

It's like they thought the game was over by half-time and took the feet out the gas and, by the time they realized there was a game, they were mentally out of it.

As for individual performances, KD was certainly awful. Bev is in his head (when it should be the other way around), and there's no explanation for that at this point. He should have taken over and, even tho he went to the line often, his mind didn't seem to be in the game. He probably was the worst offender, but Draymond and Steph also had several turnovers because of risky passes when they had better options open. Kerr also should have played our starters more and rely less on the bench in a playoff game.

All things considered, I think it was a freaky incident (particularly because it all happened in an extremely awful second half, it wasn't even a full bad game), an unexplainable defeat that won't change the outcome of the series (it will be great for the Clippers trying to lure top free agents this summer, tho), but a defeat that leaves more questions unanswered than anything. Like, for example, if we can't defend Lou and Trez, what the f*ck is going do happen in the second round vs Harden, CP3 and Capela? We're not a good defensive squad at the moment, and that really is reason for concern.
