    LOL! shit, did I!!!???

Well, I agree with you about our game but I think the weather is going to hurt us as well on offense and we cant run it all day against that tough front, plus their secondary is pretty damned good, plus Ingram, Sproles and a practicing Thomas, with Graham taking the short stuff..........so I think the score will be close, with us winning though of course.

As for the others, I think Denver WILL show the Chargers D to be as shit as its been for most of the year, the way the Chiefs lit up the Colts last week then imploded with all their injuries, I think the Pats are gonna crush them and the Niners by 1...........man.

I know the game is far from over, but dammit! I wish I made Seattle my 4 pointer.

Ah, not sure you can slide this in late and make the game you missed a 1 pointer. Seems to me the only way this works is making it your 4 pointer. Xbay will have to make the call on that.

Why would it need to be the four pointer? Also, I would have picked New Orleans anyway, but no way in hell would it have been my four point pick.

How can you say the game you missed was for sure your 1 pointer?

Yeah i agree.. No way can you miss a pick and make it your one pointer.... Perhaps some sort of compromise wirh a 2 or 3 ponter or something. Sure xbay will make an equitable decision

Two or Three points sound more reasonable. If it counts as my 4 point pick then I may as well have not made picks at all this week.

If you get your 4 point pick correct, I'll take away your 3 point pick. That way the penalty would be as if I took away your 4 point pick (3 + 1).

If you don't get your 4 point pick, I'll take away your 2 point pick.

    Sound fair?

Maybe I don't understand...but why would I lose TWO picks if I get my four pointer correct?

    Sorry, let me rephrase...

I'll downgrade all your picks by a point. You won't be awarded 4pts if the 49ers cover. You'll only get 3.

So before I do the tally, Tarantism only scored 5pts instead of 7pts. He made two correct picks on the spread and one was 4pts and the other 3pts. So I just downgraded them to 3 and 2 points. That sound fair to everyone?

If not, I'm open to any ideas. That was just the rough draft.

Standings updated. I'll have Championship Game spreads up by Thursday at the earliest, Friday at the latest.

    WEEK 3 - CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND

    SUN, JAN. 19

    New England (+5.5) @ Denver (-5.5)

    San Francisco (+3.5) @ Seattle (-3.5)

    New England @ Denver

    San Francisco @ Seattle

In keeping the 10pt format, it's half pick 'em, half spread.

Alright, let me be the first to post...

    WEEK 3 - CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND

    SUN, JAN. 19

    New England (+5.5) @ Denver (-5.5) (1 pt)

    San Francisco (+3.5) @ Seattle (-3.5) (4 pts)

New England @ Denver (2 pts)

San Francisco @ Seattle (3 pts)

Sorry, Bada and Bigs, but I didn't like the Seahaws offense at all vs the Saints, and the Niners are an even bigger challenge. I expect a very close game and might not be over til the last drive, but Seattle will have to play much better than they did last week to beat the Niners.

With that said, I'll be rooting for whoever makes it to the SB vs the winner of the AFC.
